Shipping policy

• Processing Time: Processing time for all orders is 10 business days. We are closed Saturday - Sunday. All orders are made as they are received to keep herbal blends fresh and ready for use. 

• Shipping Time: It's depends on the shipping method you choose. All orders are shipped via USPS. 

• International Shipping: She Janee is NOT responsible for any additional import fees based on country. Additional import fees are solely the responsibility of the customer. 

• Shipping Tracking: Once your order is shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you at the email address that you used to make your purchase with. 

• Order Changes: Once your order has been placed, no changes can be made to it once payment is complete. 

• Please note that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged products. If your order is damaged or lost, you must with with USPS on this issue. If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying for shipping again.
